I'm starting to have the same problem. An ad they had approved has been disapproved when I only changed a tracking url.
They say they don't like the landing page (asking for make, model, and year of car, plus zip code for an auto insurance quote) though they allowed the ad to run for weeks and on the same day the disapproved this ad they approved another ad with different targeting but with the exact same ad text going to the exact same landing page.
When I inquired about it, I got a short sentence about the landing page, but didn't address my questions about why the ad was approved but now not when I only changed a tracking url. They'll need to explain themselves better than that if they want my business.
